LudVena Terms of Service

Welcome to LudVena. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LudVena, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should stop using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LudVena. Users under the age of majority must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Features & Services

  • Save Box: Users can lock sales commissions for either 14 or 28 days to earn interest. Locked funds cannot be withdrawn until maturity.
  • AI Quest: Users interact with AI to earn daily rewards. Daily earnings are capped and require Level 2 membership.
  • Game Center: Includes free play (e.g., Candy Crush style game with capped earnings) and funded play (wallet-funded games for higher rewards, available at Level 3).
  • Music Streaming: Stream music from partnered platforms to earn. Level upgrades unlock access to more platforms.
  • Marketplace: Showcase and sell products using your activity earnings.
  • Blogging: Users can post content to earn, subject to admin approval.
  • Skill Development: Apply for new skills using activity earnings.
  • Social Monetization: Complete tasks linked to social media (e.g., YouTube, TikTok).
  • VTU (Virtual Top-Up): Buy airtime with commissions and activity earnings.
  • Instant Withdrawal: Available to Level 3 users for game earnings (funded wallet mode only).
  • Job Center: Apply for tasks and jobs via the LudVena hub.

4. Membership Packages

LudVena offers multiple enrollment options. Users may upgrade from smaller packages to higher ones.

  • Package 1 – $10.5: Cashback $8,000 · Commission $9.3 · Spillover: L1 $0.25, L2 $0.15 · Daily Task $1,500 · Add-ons: Game $1.5/play, Music $100/stream, AI $1,500, TikTok $1,500/5k views.
  • Package 2 – $15: Cashback $12,500 · Commission $13 · Spillover: L1 $0.45, L2 $0.20 · Daily Task $2,000 · Add-ons: Game $2/play, Music $200/stream, AI $2,000, TikTok $2,500/5k views.
  • Package 3 – $18: Earn $45 instantly · Cashback $13,500 · Sales Bonus $0.60 · Spillover $0.20 · Daily Task $2,000 · Add-ons: Game $2.5/play, Music $300/stream, AI $3,000, TikTok $2,500/5k views.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings on LudVena are not guaranteed. Income depends on user activity, upgrades, and participation. While examples of potential earnings are provided, actual results vary.

LudVena is not an investment scheme. Any activity earnings, commissions, or bonuses are tied to user actions within the platform. Misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Content & User Conduct

  • You must not post harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
  • Blogs and content are subject to admin approval before earnings are credited.
  • You must not attempt to hack, cheat, or manipulate LudVena systems.

7. Payments & Withdrawals

Sales commissions, task rewards, and add-on earnings are subject to LudVena’s rules and payout cycles. Save Box funds are locked until the selected maturity date. Instant Withdrawals are reserved for Level 3 members with wallet-funded game earnings.

8. Third-Party Services

LudVena integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, streaming providers). We are not responsible for their availability or practices. Users must comply with third-party terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity.

10. Changes to Terms

LudVena reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of any updated Terms.
